Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Pin It Discord bot ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

The Bot allows users to pin messages directly within a channel so that they remain visible at the bottom of the chat. Unlike Discord’s native pin system, pinned messages are actively maintained in the chat and repositioned when needed.

3. Functionality

• The Bot reposts pinned messages to keep them visible.
• If no messages are sent for a defined period, the pinned message is moved again.
• Old pinned messages are deleted to prevent spam.

4. User Responsibility

You agree to use the Bot in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and not misuse it.

5. Availability

The Bot is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or reliability.

6. Data Handling

The Bot processes limited data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

Access to the Bot may be revoked at any time for misuse.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
